Diagonal Sudoku (also called Sudoku X) adds one rule: the two long diagonals, shaded in the grid, must hold 1 to 9 as well. The extra rule gives you more to work with, so the puzzles start with fewer numbers. Forty easy, forty medium and forty hard.
