These terms apply when you buy or download anything from littlepageshop.com. They’re written to be read, so please do.
1. Who we are
Little Page Shop is a trading name of Leafy Orb, 937/2, Maruthupandiar Street, Thasilthar Nagar, Madurai, Tamil Nadu 625020, India (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at littlepageshop@leafyorb.com.
2. What we sell
We sell digital files: printable coloring books delivered as PDF downloads. Nothing physical is shipped. Each product page lists what’s included, such as the number of pages, the page sizes and the file format, and shows sample pages so you can see what you’re buying.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Card and wallet payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record for those orders: Dodo sells the product to you on our behalf, charges any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live, and its name may appear on your statement. Where PayPal is offered, payments are processed by PayPal and we are the seller. Any tax is shown before you pay.
4. Delivery
Your download links appear on the order confirmation page once payment is complete, and we email them to the address you give at checkout. Each link works for 90 days and up to 5 downloads per file. Please save your files. If you lose them, email us and we’ll send them again.
5. Your license
Buying a product gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use it as described on our license page. The artwork and files remain ours. Sharing, reselling or redistributing the files or printed pages, or using the artwork commercially, isn’t permitted without a separate written license from us.
6. Refunds
Our refund policy explains when we refund, swap or fix an order. In short: if a file won’t download, open or print properly, we fix it or refund you. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
7. Free files
Free files, such as the sampler, come under the same personal-use license. We may change or withdraw free files at any time.
8. Our responsibility
We take care that our files are complete, print as described and are free from viruses. If something goes wrong with a purchase, our responsibility is limited to fixing the file or refunding what you paid for it, except where the law doesn’t allow that limit.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Madurai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction. If you’re a consumer living elsewhere, you also keep any protections the law of your country gives you.
