Description
Stone cottages, climbing roses and a cat on the doorstep.
Cozy Cottage is the book the whole series grew from: stone and thatched cottages, climbing roses, garden gates, duck ponds and vegetable patches, with a friendly animal never far from the door. Sixty country scenes, each one a place you'd happily live.
Every Cozy Cottage page is drawn in the same soft storybook style: rounded shapes, bold clean outlines and cute animals with happy closed eyes. There's enough detail to be interesting and plenty of open space to fill, so a page is relaxing rather than fiddly. If you like a finer, more intricate page, try The Honeywick Collection.

How detailed is it?
One of the fuller books in the series: the cottage fronts have stonework, roof tiles and window boxes drawn as simple repeating shapes, so there are more small spaces than in the animal books. The garden-friend pages later on are simpler. Allow an hour or two a page; sharp pencils or fine-tip markers help on the stonework.
It makes an easy gift for anyone who dreams of a little cottage in the country. Because it’s a download, you can print the pages and give them in a folder, or send the file to someone who prints at home.
