The books in The Complete Seasonal Collection

Sugar & Fangs

Bows, bones and sweets: cute first, spooky second, always. 50 pages, including a pair of chunky platform boots with thick soles, long laces and a small bat-wing charm on each zip, a heart-shaped locket standing open with a tiny crescent moon inside one half, a rounded skull with a moth resting on its crown and small flowers filling one eye socket and a wreath of thorny vines, dark roses and small bows with a crescent moon at the top.

Patch & Bone

Patchwork plush, tiny monsters and mummies who just want a hug. 50 pages, including a chibi girl hugging a stitched teddy bear with three round eyes, a shaggy monster under an umbrella in the rain, holding a tiny frog friend, a glazed display case of moths arranged in a neat grid, all with cheerful faces and a coffin-shaped picnic basket open on a chequered blanket, packed with sandwiches and a flask.

Bramble & Bat

Round bats, luna moths and sleepy owls for a night in. 50 pages, including a round fruit bat with heart-shaped wings wearing a soft studded collar, a moth with crescent-moon markings on its wings resting on an open blank-paged notebook, a spider wearing a bow, dangling upside down from a branch to greet a passing moth and a coiled snake with a friendly smile wearing a small flower crown.

Coven & Cream

Black cats in hats, potions on the stove and a broomstick by the door. 50 pages, including a round cat wearing a floppy pointed witch hat, sitting with its tail curled around its paws, a cat in a star-patterned cloak floating cross-legged among the stars, a cat peering into a smoking bowl of incense with a curious expression and a cat carrying a raven on its back through a mist of stars.

Nutmeg & Noel

Round reindeer, smiling trees and a Santa in his armchair. 60 pages, including a round little santa with a cotton-ball beard waving from behind an enormous sack of presents, a gingerbread man with icing buttons holding a candy cane taller than himself, a family of three snowmen in a garden, tallest to smallest, all grinning and a tall stack of five wrapped presents leaning slightly, each with a different bow.

Ginger & Glaze

Gingerbread villages, cocoa by the mug and a table full of treats. 60 pages, including a gingerbread house with a gumdrop roof, a smiling door and a candy-cane fence, a milkshake in a tall glass with whipped cream, a wafer and a candy cane, a trifle in a glass bowl with layers of sponge, custard, cream and berries and a hot drinks counter with a row of takeaway cups and a cocoa dispenser.

Ribbon & Rosette

Christmas, tied with a bow: wreaths, teacups and ballet shoes. 60 pages, including a large fluffy christmas bow tied around a gingerbread man, its loops wider than he is, a hoop wreath of thin metal with a single large bow and three hanging ribbons, a pair of long gloves laid crossed with a bow at each wrist and a nutcracker figure with a bow at its collar and ribbon detailing on its jacket.

Rex & Reindeer

Round dinosaurs and tiny dragons tangled in Christmas lights. 60 pages, including a round t-rex tangled happily in a string of christmas lights, holding a candy cane in one tiny arm, a dinosaur egg wrapped like a present with a bow on top, cracking open, a dinosaur in a postal satchel delivering parcels through the snow and a small round dragon lighting the candles on a table with a gentle puff.

Mitten & Mug

One big, bold subject per page: mugs, mittens, snowmen and more. 60 pages, including an enormous mug of cocoa with one round marshmallow floating in it, a large pair of earmuffs, an enormous round penguin standing straight and a very large fir tree in a pot.

Snowfall & Slumber

Snowy villages, sleeping animals and long blue afternoons. 60 pages, including a row of three crooked cottages along a snowy lane with warm windows glowing, a stand of firs at night with a full moon behind them and one owl in flight, a conservatory full of potted plants with snow banked against the glass and a soup stand with steaming bowls and a stack of bread rolls.
