We collect as little as we can: what’s needed to sell you a file, deliver it and help you if something goes wrong. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use advertising trackers.

What we collect, and why
- When you buy: your name, email address, billing country and the details of your order. We need these to deliver your files, send your receipt, keep the tax records the law requires, and help you later.
- When you pay: your card or wallet details go straight to our payment provider (Dodo Payments or PayPal). We never see or store your full card number.
- When you email us: your message and email address, so we can reply.
- When you visit: our server keeps standard logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. They’re deleted after a short period.
- When you download a free file: nothing beyond the server logs. We don’t ask for your email.
Who processes it for us
- Hostinger hosts the website and its database.
- Dodo Payments processes card and wallet payments as merchant of record, including tax calculation and fraud checks.
- PayPal processes payments when you choose PayPal.
- Our email provider delivers order and download emails.
- Google Fonts serves the site’s typefaces, so your browser connects to Google’s servers when a page loads.
Some of these providers process data outside your country, including in India, the United States and the EU. They do so under their own privacy commitments and, where required, standard contractual safeguards.
Cookies
The shop uses a few essential cookies to keep your cart and checkout working. We don’t use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, currently up to eight years. Support emails are kept for up to two years after the conversation ends. Server logs are kept for a few weeks.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we’re not required to keep it. Depending on where you live, you may also be able to object to how it’s used or complain to your data-protection authority. Email littlepageshop@leafyorb.com and we’ll reply within 30 days.
Children
Purchases are made by adults. We don’t knowingly collect personal data from children.
